Clementi Peaks, 4 Room BTO

This is my only personal project as I created it for my new house, thus, I utilised the skills I learnt from my course to help my parents and myself visualise how each design choice would look like in our space with accurate dimensions. This tool also allowed me to immediately change and show my parents their suggestion visually to help them ideate how to use the space wisely. This project has also given me a lot of insights on how real clients want things done when compared to how a designer like myself would think and has helped me a lot in making offers and halfway solutions that combine the best parts of my solutuion with the most important requests from my parents (aka clients ;) to make the clients happy and to ensure that their space reaches the highest potential.
